Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data from Aldervon Systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion:
- Send an email to support@aldervon.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, state that you would like your account and all related data to be permanently deleted.
Partial Information Deletion:
- If you only want to delete specific data (such as past sales trends or specific inventory logs) without deleting your entire account, email support@aldervon.com.
- Use the subject line: "Partial Data Deletion Request".
- Clearly specify which data you wish to have removed. Note that some data may be required for the core functionality of your dashboard.
What Happens Next:
- Our support team will verify your request within 24-48 hours.
- Once verified, the requested data will be permanently wiped from our secure global database.
- This action is irreversible. For full account deletions, you will lose access to the Vending Backpack Dashboard immediately.
