3. Device Permissions (Camera Access)

In order to provide seamless operations in the field, our mobile application requires access to your device's camera. Camera access is strictly required to use the interactive barcode scanner for inventory management. The camera is only activated when explicitly requested by the user, and no imagery is stored or transmitted outside of the scanning context.

4. Data Security

We implement state-of-of-the-art encryption standards for both data at rest and data in transit. Communication between your mobile units and the Aldervon cloud core is fully encrypted to prevent unauthorized access or interception.
